Can I change the time or location of my booking?

The time and location can be changed if we have available. Location change may incur additional travel charges if this location is further away from the booked in location.

If you need to change the location, please do let us know as early as possible to help you move the booking.

Can I add an additional guest to my group after I made a booking?

Yes, we are happy to add in additional people as long as we have sufficient time on the day. Please do let us know at least two weeks before booking extra people so that we can either start earlier or increase our team size to ensure the finish time is not impacted.

One of the guests on my list changed her mind and could not attend the makeup session. Can I get a partial refund?

We are unable to offer package cost reductions if there are no-shows on the day. Once the package is locked in, we kindly request the client honour full payment for the agreed scope of services. As we select and take bookings based on the requested services, and give you our best rates. We turn others away after this point.
