Your personalised quote

Your written quote confirms the people, appointments, styling, trial, preparation locations, artist allocation and total price. Travel, early starts and accommodation are listed where required. Complete South Asian Bridal Couture finishing is confirmed to your requirements. Please review the full scope before paying your deposit.

Securing your dates

Quotes are valid for 48 hours. Once availability and final requirements are confirmed, a 50% deposit secures your booking. An enquiry or planning call alone does not hold a date. We send your booking confirmation after receiving the deposit.

Payments

Payment is by bank transfer, using the details provided in your quote. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your first wedding or celebration appointment. For a multi-event package, this means before the first celebration in your booked schedule.

Your bridal trial

Trials are booked with a confirmed bridal package; standalone trials are not offered. Your trial gives you dedicated time to explore, share feedback and refine your look with Heera. Appointments take place at the Ultimo studio, Monday–Wednesday: morning 11 am–2 pm, afternoon 2–5 pm or evening 5:30–8 pm, subject to availability. Allow around 2–3 hours. Every mobile bridal booking includes one separate bride-only studio trial. Only the short-notice Wedding-Day Bridal studio option is available without a trial.

Cancellations & date changes

Under our booking policy, deposits are non-refundable for cancellations or date changes requested by the client and cannot be transferred to a new date, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us in writing if your plans change. We will review the request, availability and applicable booking terms with you before confirming any change.

Your agreed package

Before booking, changes are quoted as a revised whole package, rather than fixed deductions per person or event. Once booked, the agreed total is not reduced for removed or unused services or no-shows, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Extra people or appointments can be discussed and quoted separately, subject to availability.
